The Spring meeting was held on April 22, 2008. After the business session, Dawn Clark Netsch, Professor Emerita of Law at Northwestern University, Former State Senator, State Comptroller, and Delegate to the 1970 Constitutional Convention, addressed the membership. An enjoyable luncheon followed. Thanks to Carol Humble and Rose Kirk for doing an outstanding job on bringing this program to fruition.
